Bangers Big Bike Ride

Marcus took charge of his Scott bike for the big ride ahead.

Banger Said…

“ I’m really grateful to Steve for supplying us a load of bikes, it’s certainly going to make things a lot easier having quality bikes to work with”.

“I first got to know Children’s Hospice South West back in 2008 and have tried to support them as much as possible since then. Being the father of two very active young daughters myself, I wanted to try and help other less fortunate children if I possibly could. I am completely in awe at the wonderful work that all involved with CHSW do to support life-limited children and their families and it has become a cause very close to my heart.

“Last year I joined in with a few friends for a day on a fund raising cycle ride for the Charity, ending with a visit to the children’s hospice in North Devon. This year we are going to make it into a week-long event, cycling across the region from Bristol down to Cornwall. I am looking forward to meeting lots of different people right across the region throughout the week, and will hopefully be able to help a little in increasing people’s awareness of Children’s Hospice South West and what they do.  However, most of all I am looking forward to meeting the families, children and staff when we visit all three Children’s Hospices in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall on our way. They are the real stars and I hope that you will join me in helping to raise some much needed funds to support this wonderful cause.”
